As an Iranian/Dutch filmmaker, scriptwriter, and video artist, my creative journey revolves around the exploration of identity within diverse contexts. Drawing inspiration from personal memories and family recollections, I embark on a cinematic style characterised by associative images and an intuitive approach to narrative structure. My films have garnered recognition, having been screened in competition at both national and international film festivals.
Presently, a significant focus of my creative endeavours lies in a compelling project titled “A Manifest For Everyday Life”, a series of videos that delve into the intricacies of the mundane aspects of our existence.
